The Twintour principle is based on a pair of individual two wing doors sets separated by a short lobby. These elements work together to form a unique high capacity door with an effective draught seal. The shape of the lobby can be designed in different ways allowing for a wide variety of possibilities. This remarkable volume of traffic flow is achieved in part by the elongated design of the Twintour. This entrance does not need to be as wide as ordinary revolving doors with comparable capacity. No special structural provisions are necessary when installing a Twintour making it a very welcome solution for anyone involved in a renovation project. |
